Method

  1. Shake all ingredients.

  2. Double strain into a champagne glass.

  3. Top up with champagne.

  4. Garnish with a lemon zest.

  • 30 ml Milky Oolong tea syrup
  • 1 dash of Salt
  • 1 dash of Absinth
  • 5 ml Citric Acid
