Chill a Martini glass.
Add gin, liqueur, purée, and syrup into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into the glass.
Garnish with half a passion fruit.
Serve with a sidecar of Champagne.

- 15 ml Passoã or passion fruit liqueur
- 60 ml passion fruit purée
- 5 ml simple syrup
- Half a passion fruit (garnish)
- A sidecar of dry Champagne
- Plenty of ice cubes
