METHOD:

Shake all ingredients and double strain into a sphere glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon and a vanilla straw.

INGREDIENTS:

40 ml Sir Edmond gin

20 ml Choya Umeshu

30 ml Rooibos tea blend

30 ml lemon cordial

5 ml fresh lemon juice

7.5 ml fresh ginger juice
