METHOD:

Stir all ingredients and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit zest for essential oils.

INGREDIENTS:

45 ml Sir Edmond Gin

20 ml cold mulled white wine

25 ml vermouth

4 dashes of Electric bitters
