THE FRESH BERRY

METHOD:

Pour 50 ml of Sir Edmond Gin into a highball glass filled with ice. Add 15 ml of fresh lemon juice. Top off with soda water, save space to add your syrup in the end. Give it a quick stir. Add 20 ml of raspberry syrup on top. Garnish it with a raspberry and a lemon peel.

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml Sir Edmond Gin

20 ml raspberry syrup

15 ml fresh lemon juice

Top up with soda water

Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon peel
