Gin Fizz

METHOD:

Shake all ingredients and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml Sir Edmond Gin

25 ml lemon juice

15 ml simple syrup

Top up with soda water
