METHOD:

Dry shake all ingredients and then double strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a spray of Angostura bitters on top.

INGREDIENTS:

45 ml Sir Edmond Gin

7.5 ml fresh ginger juice

30 ml fresh lemon juice

25 ml Quince liquor

7.5 ml Frangelico

1 egg white

1 spray of Angostura bitters
