You know what makes my gin journey so addictive? Witnessing my rebellious flock enjoying each and every sip. At Amsterdam Cocktail Week, I raise the stakes with three special Sir Edmond serves and mouth-watering food pairings. Serve #1: This Gin & Tonic consists of 50 ml Sir Edmond Gin and 180 ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic, garnished with a slice of grapefruit and star anise. Sweet, sour, spicy – a real treat for your taste buds.

Food pairing: Har gow (shrimp dumpling) with XO sauce and aniseed.

Serve #2: The second Gin & Tonic is made up of 50 ml Sir Edmond Gin, 180 ml of Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, and two drops op Bob’s Vanilla Bitter. Garnished with a vanilla stick.

Food pairing: Sea bass sashimi with vanilla, avocado, lime, and green asparagus.

Serve #3: This cocktail, served in a Martini glass, combines 40 ml Sir Edmond Gin and 20 ml Lillet Blanc with 15 ml lime juice, 15 ml rosewater syrup, and 2 dashes of cranberry bitter. Garnished with rose petals.

Food pairing: Hamachi (Japanese jack fish) with elderflower ponzu and roses.
