Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Double strain into a sphere glass.

  3. Garnish with dehydrated lemon & vanilla straw.

  • 35 ml limoncello
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml syrup
  • 20 ml egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitter
  • Plenty of ice cubes
