From the bar to the glassware, the ice to the spirits — it is all taken care of. Our bartender partner arrives sixty minutes before your guests do, builds the bar, and handles every pour from that moment on. Nothing to buy, carry or arrange. Just a very good cocktail, waiting to be shaken.
Everything is included. Except the hangover, that one is on you.

Our menu rotates with the seasons and puts Sir Edmond Bourbon vanilla gin front and centre. Expect a mix of reimagined classics and bold signature serves — each one crafted with fresh ingredients, right in front of your guests. Think Flamingo Spritz, Vanilla Negroni or Sir Edmond Sour. Drinks with character, made with care. Every cocktail is also available as a mocktail, with the same quality and flavour.

Birthday, wedding, corporate event, product launch or summer soirée — the Sir Edmond bar fits the occasion. Available for groups from around 15 guests, with a minimum of 50 cocktails.
Though in our experience, that has never once been a problem.
