Rebel Mule

METHOD:

Pour 50 ml of Sir Edmond Gin into a mule cup filled with ice. Add 25 ml of fresh lime juice. Top it off with ginger beer. Give it a quick stir. Add 3 drops of Angostura bitters and garnish it with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml Sir Edmond Gin

25 ml fresh lime juice

Top up with ginger beer

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig
