A softer version

THE VELVET PALOMA

The Velvet Paloma is a softer, more elegant twist on the classic Paloma, made unique by the use of our Sir Edmond Gin. Where traditional versions can lean sharp and punchy, this one feels smoother, rounder, and far more refined.

Sir Edmond Gin brings a warm, velvety base with delicate vanilla notes that gently soften the bright bitterness of grapefruit. A touch of honey adds natural sweetness and brings everything beautifully into balance, turning the citrus into something silky rather than tart.

The result is a refreshing cocktail with a luxurious, easy-going character bright and zesty, but never harsh. A modern Paloma that feels just as perfect for long, relaxed evenings as it does for stylish moments worth savoring.
