Method:
Cool your Martini glass. Pour 50 ml of Sir Edmond Gin into a shaker. Add 20 ml of fresh lemon juice. Add 15 ml of simple syrup or raspberry syrup. Add 4 pieces of raspberries. To smoothen your drink add 15ml of egg white or aquafaba if you’re vegan. Dry shake first, then add your ice and shake again. Double strain into cooled Martini glass and garnish with a raspberry.
INGREDIENTS:
50 ml Sir Edmond Gin
20 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup or raspberry syrup
15 ml egg white or aquafaba
5 raspberries
