A refreshing sweet twist

The Rebel

The Rebel is a tropical highball cocktail that brings together the smooth vanilla notes of Sir Edmond Gin with the sweet, creamy character of Licor 43 and fresh pineapple juice. A splash of lime juice adds a bright, zesty lift, while a light dusting of ground cinnamon enhances the warm vanilla and gin notes with gentle spice.

Fruity and almost dessert-like in character, this cocktail is both refreshing and indulgently smooth. Elegant yet simple to prepare, The Rebel is perfect for summer gatherings, festive occasions, or simply enjoying a relaxed moment at home.
