On 23 September, autumn officially begins. The season when the days gradually become shorter, the leaves start to change color, and the atmosphere shifts from sunny terraces to cozy evenings indoors.
While summer is often associated with spontaneity and long days spent outside, autumn brings a different rhythm. A season of gathering togheter, enjoying good food, and discovering cocktails with a little more depth.
With the first crisp evenings of the year arriving, it is the perfect time to revisit timeless classics. Cocktails that have been appreciated for generations and, for that very reason, never go out of style.
A perfect example is the Vanilla Negroni. The familiar combination of Campari and Martini Rosso gains extra warmth and character from the Bourbon vanilla notes of Sir Edmond Gin. The result is a cocktail that perfectlu complements the flavors and atmosphere of the season.
